Are edits and re-downloads really free?
Manual edits are, always: typing, reordering, switching templates, and downloading again cost nothing on any plan. On the free start each document also includes one AI revision; a paid plan has no revision counter at all.
What happens when I have used all 2?
Nothing is locked. Your career record, your applications and your saved documents stay in your account; making a new application is what needs a plan or a one-time pass. Files exported on the free start are kept for three days from the moment they are created, and the product shows each one's expiry date, so download what you need when you finish it.
