  1. Approve your Career Record once

    Review your history once. Correct extraction errors, confirm dates and credentials, and remove anything you do not want used. Every later application draws on that record instead of asking you to retype it.

  2. Paste the job description

    Company and title are read off the posting and stay editable. Add an optional note about why this role matters to you; it is used only if you ask for a cover letter.

  3. Answer the open questions, or skip them

    When a posting asks for something your record almost covers, the application still finishes and the questions wait for you. Answering them produces a stronger draft; skipping is always allowed, and guessing on your behalf is not.

Before you tailor the first application

How long does one tailored resume take?
A few minutes once your Career Record is approved. The record review itself is a one-time job, and most of it is reading facts pulled out of your own resume.
Will it add keywords from the job description?
It uses the employer's terminology only where your record shows the same capability. It never grafts on technologies or skills you have not listed, and there is no keyword score to chase.
Is there a deeper version I should pay for?
No. The same checks run on every resume, for every account, with no upgrade to buy. Where a check finds a statement your record cannot support, it is rewritten down to the one your record does support, and anything still open is shown to you.
Do I get a cover letter with this?
Only if you want one. A Handmade Cover Letter is added to an application on demand and written from the finished resume, so it is never attached automatically.
Can I edit the result?
Yes, freely: inline edits, reordering, adding and deleting blocks, template switching, and type size. Manual edits are unlimited and never spend an application. Your edits become the final copy, so if you type a new fact the save asks you to confirm it first.
